I had taken “Fading Hallways” down, thinking its journey was over. But for the past month, it kept quietly collecting likes—like it refused to be forgotten. So I brought it back, rebuilt with version 4.5, and let it speak again. Give it a listen—maybe you’ll hear what it was trying to say.💜
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
“Fading Hallways”
Footsteps fade.
Lockers close.
Echoes whisper—where do we go?
Tried to hold on, but time won’t wait,
Slipping through fingers, it’s too late.
Names on pages start to blur—
Did we ever know who we were?
Fading hallways, empty lights,
Ghosts of laughter, lost goodbyes.
Tell me, will you still remember me,
When the doors lock one last time?
Yearbooks stacked like falling stars,
Frozen faces, broken hearts.
Another chapter, we let go—
But does the past ever really know?
Static voices, distant calls,
Shadows dance against the walls.
We swore we’d never let this fade,
But time is cruel—it takes it all away.
So I walk on,
Wear the memories like a song.
Maybe someday, down the road,
We’ll meet again—but I don’t know.
